Proposal-request privacy notice

Effective October 17, 2026. Modus Tech Services uses the business and contact details, priorities, software names, operating hours and preferences you submit to assess your request and follow up about a proposal. Please do not submit passwords, payment data or sensitive customer records.

Requests are stored in a separate Cloudflare D1 database and are accessible to the authorized owner through a protected desktop inbox or a paired phone. Phone access requires a current authorized session; request links alone do not grant access. Proposal details are not intentionally stored offline in the phone app. Marking a request reviewed records owner review and does not activate service. The owner may associate a reviewed request with a business workspace for proposal review; this does not grant system access, activate service or extend retention. Association metadata is removed with the request. We record your consent version and time. Unconverted requests are deleted after 90 days; Cloudflare recovery backups may retain deleted information for its limited recovery period. Temporary abuse controls use a keyed digest of your network address, retained for no more than 24 hours in our database. Cloudflare may process network information to operate and protect the service under its own policies.

The form uses your browser’s session storage to recover interrupted submissions. Pending answers are removed after a successful receipt; close the tab or clear site data on shared devices. We do not use advertising trackers or enroll you in marketing.

Follow-up is manual through our Gmail business account; this form does not send an automatic email. Information you send through email is also processed by Google. We do not sell proposal-request details.

A saved request can trigger a private owner phone alert. Only a random request reference and event time are used for this notification; customer names, email addresses and request details are not included in the push message. Notification bookkeeping is removed after 30 days. Unsent events expire after 24 hours.

To ask about, correct or delete your request, contact techservicesmodus@gmail.com. Include your request reference if available. We may verify your authority before disclosing or changing information.

Consent to proposal follow-up does not authorize system access, installation, purchases or remote changes. No service is activated by this website.
